How to Start it!!
Sit in sukhasan सुखासन
Do pranayama breathing deep inhaling and exhaling from both nostrils ,at ease,as per capacity,Later advanced kriyas क्रिया
Try doing tribandh त्रिबंध योग 3 times as per capacity (if empty stomach for minimum 6 hours)
Shambhavi Mudra
OM chanting 21times ,for starters you can follow Sadhguru jis YouTube 10.23minutes approx/Shorter 6 minutes video
Sit calm ,relaxed and with trying bring smiles on your lips thinking happiness from inside
Thank God or Goddess Maa in your own way and wishing peace ,calmness of mind and inner happiness to everything around us

Deep rooted anger,fears, anxiety, failure,unfulfilled strong desires from within us erupts like uncontrollable Fire from within us & People ,their created circumstances,Our own created actions & circumstances around us create uncontrollable stir , restlessness add /violates our Inner and Outer world like never before
Create thousands of storms ,thunders, lightening, Causing Volcano bursting
from within and outside of us
Shaking us ,our inners ,outers like thousands of quakes
Provoking undesirable thoughts,emotions, leading actions forcing eruption of further evils with unforseen uncalculated unimaginable actions with unparalleled reactions from outside
Not only harming us but everything around Us.. Why
Could not it have been controlled,Can't have been better response, reasonable,calculated!!
We ponder..
So , don't we should have been Masters of ourselves and controller of further actions,
Future & destiny results from our thoughts and actions only
Let's be Masters and creators
Start peacing as i too
and write our destiny well planned,well rehearsed & better controlled..
